Undergraduate Research and Scholarship Opportunities

Research

Students are required to perform at least two credit hours of undergraduate research (ENVS 3999 or OCS 3999) as part of the core curriculum. Up to two additional credit hours of directed undergraduate research may count toward the approved CES electives (these additional hours are not required). Undergraduate research is performed working with a faculty member in their area of interest. Contact the undergraduate program director or your faculty advisor for information about possible mentors.
